Same Day Delivery: How the Cutoff Works
Same day delivery depends on stock, distance, and when you call.
Orders placed before our morning cutoff with in-stock products for Western Sydney sites usually go out that afternoon. Orders for the Hills District, South West Sydney, Central Coast, and Wollongong often need to be placed earlier in the day to make the run. If you call us in the afternoon, same day may still be possible, but next morning is more reliable.
When you order, tell us:
- Your site address and postcode
- What time you need the tiles on site
- Whether the site has truck access (driveway width, overhead wires, forklift or manual unload)
- The phone number of the person receiving the delivery
We confirm the slot on the day and our driver calls ahead before arriving.
How Your Tiles Are Handled
Recycled roof tiles are not produced on a factory line anymore, so every tile we load is one we cannot easily replace. Our yard team loads tiles onto pallets by hand, strap-wraps each pallet, and stacks them on the truck with proper load restraint. New tiles come on manufacturer pallets and get the same treatment.
For bigger orders, we include a forklift-friendly pallet setup so your crew can move tiles around the site without breaking their backs. If your site needs a crane truck or a hiab for tricky access, let us know when you book and we will arrange the right vehicle.

Delivery pricing depends on distance, order size, and whether the site needs a tail-lift truck, crane truck, or standard flatbed. We quote per job rather than charging a flat fee, so you only pay for what the delivery actually costs.
For regular trade customers, we can set up account delivery with your usual suburbs priced up front, so ordering takes two minutes instead of a new quote each time.
