Step 1 - Measure your roof tile
When measuring your tiles, it’s important to do it accurately to ensure a proper match. Start by referring to the example images shown on the left and right. For both concrete and terracotta roof tiles, do not include the watercourse — the channel designed to carry away water. Instead, measure only the flat section of the tile from edge to edge, excluding any ridges or overlaps. Always take your measurement from top to bottom for consistency.
Step 2 - Take a Picture
Get the tile, flip it over and send us a clear photo of the back.
This helps us spot any brand names or markings that can assist in identifying exactly what type of tile it is.
Step 3 - Fill in Our Form
