The Machine You Hire
The hire machine is a Graco Ultra Max II 795 Lo-Boy. It is the standard workhorse for most roof coating and paint contractors in Sydney. The 795 handles roof paint, driveway paint, pavement coatings, concrete sealers, and most heavy coatings with the right tip.
Each hire includes:
- Graco Ultra Max II 795 Lo-Boy petrol driven sprayer
- 15 metre airless hose
- Spray gun with guard
- Spray tip (standard 517 unless you request another)
- Basic fittings and quick connects
If your job needs a longer hose, a different tip, or extra spray accessories, we carry stock at the same counter. Pick what you need when you pick up the machine.

Who Hires Our Spray Machine
Most of our hire bookings fall into three groups.
Homeowners and handymen doing a one-off job. If you are painting your own roof or driveway and you do not want to buy a machine you will use once, hiring the 795 for a day or two makes sense. We walk you through how to prime, flush, and clean the machine before you leave.
Contractors with a machine in for service. If your own sprayer is being repaired or serviced, the hire fills the gap so you do not have to push jobs back. We run the workshop that does the spray machine servicing, so the swap is straightforward.
Contractors taking on a bigger job than usual. Some tradies own a smaller machine and hire the 795 when they land a large roof or driveway job that their own gear cannot handle efficiently.

What You Need to Bring
Picking up a hire is straightforward:
- Photo ID
- Bond or deposit (we confirm the amount when you book)
- A vehicle that can carry the machine (the Lo-Boy is heavy but fits in most utes and vans)
- Your own paint or coating (we do not supply paint with the hire)
When you drop the machine back, we check it over, confirm it has been flushed, and return your bond if everything is in order. If the machine comes back dirty or damaged, we charge for clean-up or repair.
How Airless Sprayer Hire Works
Booking is simple.
Give us a call or come down to 20 Stoddart Road, Prospect and tell us when you need the machine. We confirm availability, take a booking deposit, and set the 795 aside. You pick it up on the day, sign a short hire agreement, and head off to the job.
If you have never used an airless sprayer before, take ten minutes with us before you leave. Our team will walk you through priming, spraying, flushing, and storage. Most problems with hire sprayers come down to skipping the flush at the end of the day, so we make sure you know how to do it right.
